My name is Andre or in the gaming/streaming community JackFry42 (aka Jack/JackFry). I have struggled with mental health and addiction of various kinds throughout most of my life. I am a suicide attempt survivor and am very open about those times in my life so if you have questions, please ask.
I have been dreaming about starting this program since my mother passed away in 2006, but now here we are.
I am not a doctor, and I am not here to diagnose anyone. I am here to spread awareness, statistics, understanding, resources, etc.
I have experienced a lot of loss and trauma and try to always be raw and transparent. As much as I am here to discuss the hard topics, I do want to celebrate the victories and good times with this community too.
